This actually showed up just in time for my afternoon workout. I bought it to isolate my chest but what I really like is while you're doing the chest. It's also working your upper back a lot of bang for your buck here. Yeah very effective. At my age I'm all about a little bit of mass but a lot of definition and this thing is perfect.

It's a much better workout than expected. I'm limited in mobility at times and it's great to have a versatile piece of equipment that can give a very good upper body workout when I'm only capable of sitting. It's easy to assemble, break-down, and adjust. I do kind of wish there were more than just the 6 exercises given as I do think this is capable of more or variations on the given exercises, but that's a minor thing. Seems well made for the most part, but I did include a picture of one of the bars where there's imperfections and ripples in the chrome plating which is likely to flake off at some point, but that shouldn't affect its performance any. Really good value though. Recommended

Like that its not so stiff that you lose interest. Stiff enough for a good workout, though.

Got the package delivered on Sunday and started using it next day, Right away you can feel it, I was doing chest day on Monday so when I set it up for chest you can feel the squeeze. This is very well built and easy to set up and use !! Highly recommend

I like the arm workout that I get from it but the only thing is that when I use it I get a clicking sound and the equipment is shaky the overall function is is not bad but if you use the inside bar it really not that comfortable for the fact that it hurt your wrist a little the look of it is nice and easy to use and assemble
